This research aims to describe feminism analysis in a drama monologue ‘Marsinah Menggugat’ written by Ratna Sarumpaet. This study is qualitative descriptive using feminism approach. It applies content analysis to collect data. The data validation employs triangular technique. The data analysis uses flow technique. Based on the analysis, women are supposed to be critical, smart, and bold to fight for justice and human rights and never give up hope
